Cancellations

If you have to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours. This allows for another appointment to be booked and when you are ready we can reschedule. If cancelling any later than 24 hours (or more than twice), it can lead to pre-approving your booking or deposit fees.

Late Appointments or No Shows

I completely understand if something comes up and you are running late but, please give me a heads up if it is more then 10 minutes. If it is too late, we may have to reschedule your appointment to another day.

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of your missed appointment. For further appointments there will be a 50% deposit required before booking. This will help to ensure other clients have the availability to book.
